Shipping and Delivery
CWC does not currently sell or ship physical product on its website (or web store). If you provide a shipped address while purchasing a digital product, that address will be ignored. For digital products, a valid email address is required so that “download links” can be sent to you via email.
Civil War Cycling’s digital products are delivered in the form of download links included in email receipts that are delivered almost instantly to your inbox. On rare occasions an email can get delayed or missed or it can end up in your junk/spam folder. If you do not receive an email containing the product download links within a few hours after the order, please Contact Us and we will send you fresh download links. If you think you may have fat-fingered your email address during your purchase, please restate your correct email address in your support request.
After purchasing one or more a digital products, each download link will work for the number of days specified in your email receipts, one per product purchased. Usually, that is five (5) days. If your link expires before you initiate or complete your download, please Contact Us using the email address that you provided at the time of your purchase. We can quickly and easily reactivate your links, which will regenerate your email receipt (and provide the same download links as your originals).
